About Find My Peace
My sessions are between 1 to 1:30hr so there is no rushing to complete the session, sessions are predominantly online so you can be with me from the comfort of your own home.Find My Peace offers a range of powerful healing therapies both online and face to face.
The tools Find My Peace use work at the core of the issue, treating the cause instead of just the symptoms, clear the issue and the symptoms go with it.
These therapeutic tools work were often nothing else has because we address the body as a whole and the underlying traumatic events associated and clear them in a very client centred pain free way, making the healing journey a much kinder process. Currently the tools we use are Havening Techniques, EFT (Tapping) and Matrix Reimprinting.
